Dr. Yoav Heller
Heller simultaneously serves as Chairman of the Wingate Institute, is a Holocaust historian, lecturer, and social entrepreneur. He also served as CEO of Maoz Organization, heading a unit in the senior management of the Branco Weiss Institute, was among the founders of the Ynet website, and held additional key positions in leading organizations. Throughout the years, he has initiated and led major leadership development and Israeli advocacy initiatives both in Israel and abroad. Heller serves as an officer in reserves in the Strategic Planning Division
Yoav is married to Polly and father to Reut and Danny, and lives in Tel Aviv.

Ringel is an organizational psychologist she has established and managed several social-public initiatives. For a decade, she held various positions at the IDF’s Leadership Development School, and served as a senior management member of BISLAM. Ringel later worked as a senior manager at ‘Maoz’, during which she established and managed social and public initiatives in collaboration with entities from all sectors – government ministries, local authorities, business companies, and media entities.
Ella lives in Ramat Gan, is married to Gilad and mother to Roni and Gali.

Eitan Zeliger
Zeliger is the founder and owner of ‘Zeliger Shomron Communications,’ a strategy and communications services company established in 2003. He started his professional career as a spokesperson for the Knesset Education and Culture Committee, served as Deputy Editor of ‘Makor Rishon’ newspaper, and serves as a political commentator and panelist on TV and radio channels. Zeliger founded the ‘Shabbat Team’ organization to promote opportunities for religious athletes to compete after his daughters, professional athletes, had to forfeit the Israeli Championships held on Shabbat.
Eitan is married to Natalia, they have 4 daughters and reside in Mazkeret Batya.
