1 Learning and Research
Centered on vital topics of deep controversy, we gather data and engage with vast diverse perspectives. We conduct a deep-dive into the underlying needs and grievances through expert consultations and testimonies from citizens representing the full spectrum of Israeli identities and viewpoints.
Share your innovative ideas for reforms that can gain wide-ranging agreement.
2 Formulating the Framework
A diverse team of activists, who represent the essential perspectives needed for a sustainable agreement, gather our findings. They translate these insights into a draft framework, an in-depth solution designed to address our most fundamental challenges.
Review the draft and provide your feedback to help us sharpen the proposal.
3 Public Feedback
Through both in-person deliberative sessions and various digital platforms, the public is invited to take an active role in refining the solution. This collective feedback is carefully gathered and integrated into a polished, final version of the framework
Help us spread the word and ensure this vision reaches every corner of Israeli society.
4 Impact
In its final form, the framework offers a profound, actionable solution that bridges the depths of our divides. Our final mission is to make these proposals household names ensuring they are a known and accessible path forward for every home in Israel.

Universal Service
A model for mandatory service for all, including Haredi and Arab citizens. This is essential for both Israel’s national security and the long-term resilience of Israeli society.
Law and Governance
A framework designed to fix the deep structural flaws that have unraveled the agreed-upon rules of our democracy. These failures have led to a crisis of trust in our institutions, political instability, and a feeling that the rules are being used against them on all sides.
The Israeli Contract
To ensure we can meet our national missions, it is time for a new “Israeli Contract” for all citizens. Under this deal, all citizens are committed to serving and contributing to the economy, while the state ensures equal opportunity for all, creating a clear link between duties and rights.
A Trusted State National Inquiry Commission
A vast majority of the public wants a State Commission of Inquiry into the events of October 7th, but the current law only highlights the deep mistrust and division between different camps. We propose structural changes that will allow for a commission that commands broad public support.
Education Nation
In a country where human capital is our most vital natural resource, we must make our education system a global leader. We propose a move toward AI-based learning that adapts to every child’s needs while strengthening their sense of belonging and citizenship.
Judaism and State
More Judaism, less coercion. It is time for Judaism to stop being a source of conflict and start being a bridge that connects us. By updating the status quo, we can create a respectful relationship between all groups within our shared public spaces.
Cost of Living
The high cost of living is a painful example of the broken trust between the state and its citizens. Easing this economic burden in the near future is essential to restoring the feeling that the state is truly working for its people.
The North as the Solution
To give the North the resilience it needs to sustain the entire country, we propose a shift in mindset: the North is the solution, not the problem. This plan uses the North’s unique resources and assets to solve Israel’s core national challenges.
Arab Society
A vision co-created by Jews and Arabs to advance and integrate Arab society. It is based on the principle that Israel is both the national home of the Jewish people and an equal civic home for all its minorities.
